You are our guest here, online too. That is why we keep it simple: we only ask for what we need to welcome you properly, and nothing more.
What data we receive
Only what you fill in yourself when you send an enquiry: your name, contact details, the size of your party and your wishes or message.
We use that data solely to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you personally.
You book a table in Guestplan, our restaurant’s booking system; that is where your booking reaches us.
If you order a gift voucher, the payment and the order details go through Mollie, a Dutch payment provider.
We count anonymously how often pages are viewed and at which step of a form visitors stop, using Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog (servers in the EU). This happens without cookies, without recordings of your screen and without us seeing who you are. What you type into a form is not part of these counts.
If something goes wrong technically on the site, we receive an error report via Sentry (servers in the EU). It does not contain what you enter or who you are.
